Fresh whole foods -- fruit, vegetables (including greens), whole grains and nuts


Rest -- the most rejuvenating sleep is before midnight

Exercise -- get your body moving 30 minutes a day

Sunshine -- at least 15 minutes a day (with no sunscreen)
